The service

Honey Badger SEO provides local SEO, website creation, and Google Business Profile work on a month to month basis. Exactly what is included is agreed in writing before we start.

No guaranteed rankings

Search engines are controlled by Google, not by me. I do the work that moves rankings and I stand behind it, but no honest SEO can guarantee a specific position or result. Anyone who does is not being straight with you.

Month to month

There is no long term contract. You can cancel any month with reasonable notice.

You own your stuff

Your website, domain, and Google Business Profile belong to you. If we part ways, they stay with you.

Payment

The monthly fee is due at the start of each billing cycle. Work continues as long as the account is current.

Liability

I do my work with care, but I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. My total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
